i applied for study permit on 28th November from Ahmedabad,Gujarat and havent recieved any update excluding biometric completion. I have not recieved single update, why so ?

I also applied on November 23, 2019 and only update I received on my portal was my Biometrics on 29 November. Till now, I didn’t got any further update until last night, I got a reply from Embassy stating they forwarded my request to the responsible office. Have you received any update or did u do something regarding this? Btw my agent told me to defer my course to September intake.
Bro did u agent asked u to do something like defer ur course to next intake? Did u send any mail to delhi embassy? You should fill and send IRCC web form bro.
Mine is from 6 Jan. I really don’t have what to do? Is it normal? I mean have u heard this type of case before?
