Regarding visitor visa

I have applied for my visitor visa on 12th of December and on 13th of December I got update that my application has submitted. I have applied from New Zealand. Since then I have not get any updates regarding my application. So general process time shows is 15 days but next week is Christmas week then I expect what days I get my application decision approx?? Means next week also working days at immigration office and how many more expected day I can get my decision??

I also applied on 13th and my eligibility review started on 18th.

What it means? Means eligibility review means? How u can see when they started it and how much time after that ??

Now my eligibility and background check both processing. They will review your complete application to make sure that eligible for the program you applied for.
