Hi, please advice me on the steps we should take as we will be processing our PR application. Married to a Canadian, inside Canada as visit, but my dependent children are outside Canada. Should i submit the application together at once? Thank you..

You only submit one app with you as the Principal Applicant and your children as accompanying dependents. You can apply inland or outland. You will need full legal custody or permission from the other parent for your children to immigrate.

So I can apply (Inland) cause i am inside Canada and I will add my dependent as (accompanying dependent) though they are outside?
