USA visitor visa rejected in Canada

Hello,
I am from India and I came to Canada after study visa approval in Dec 2017.Currently, I am working full-time as personal support worker on my PGWP. I applied for USA tourist visa twice and they were rejected. I want to meet my boyfriend who is in USA on F-1 visa. First time,after staying for 6 month in here , I applied for the visa in July , 2018. VO asked me about my study, fees, part-time job, and how do you manage tuition fees . VO asked me what you will do after finishing study in Canada. I replied I will go back to India after my study. Them I was rejected under 214b. I asked VO about the reason and was told that I do not have strong foundation in Canada. The first time my reason for visit was visiting buffalo city with my friends. Second time , I applied in February, 2019. This time I mentioned my purpose of visit to see my boyfriend. VO asked me 3 questions, Do u have a PR card?, When ur study permit expires? , What ur boyfriend does in the USA? My answers were, I do not have PR card, my boyfriend is studying at the university and My study permit will expire in August , 2019. Now I have applied 3rd and my interview date is the December 31st, 2019. What are my chances of getting visa approval and what should I need to improve my chances?
Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

be confident- just speak your heart- answer them with full confidence- explain him that why you will come back after you USA visit. like -study- paid fees- etc. best of luck.

I know stranger things have happened, but it sounds like OP will be on her third attempt. IMO, it's also too soon to try to apply again, given her current job. Not too optimistic here.
