TRV rejected. need advise please

Dear All,
i am looking for your expert advise on my rejections. i got rejected 3 times in 6 months
First time rejected because of one reason- 1-Immigration Status.
I reapplied with some more documents related to my Job like Unlimited contract copy, letter for company with confirmation of coming back to employment. etc . also i wrote a covering letter- explaining my history.
again got rejected with 3 reasons.- 1- Travel History- 2 Travel Plan- 3 Ties.
then i this month one of my friend who got rejected 4 time applied and got visa then i thought lets try again and re applied again . got rejected again with 4 reasons. 1-travel plan- 2-travel history- 3-Ties-4-immigration status.
below is my profile for your kind review- i am sharing as i am really looking for a good advise also to understand what can be the actual reason of rejections as i dont' understand. as i am a true visitor and i dont have any intention to became an ill legal immigrant.

Total Years in UAE. 15 Years

Years with Current Employer: 8 Years

Purpose of travel Tourism

No of Days Planned: 6 Days

Family Member in Canada: No

Salary: 2500 Dollars

Total Funds in Salary Account: 40,000 Dollars

Property in Home County: Yes]
Nationality : Pakistani

Marital Status: Married with 2 Kids ( family is with me in UAE) but i applied alone to show a strong ties to come back to UAE.

Valid Visas: USA 5 Years+ UK 2 Years

Travel History: UK 3 times- France- Germany-Switzerland- Turkey-

Oman- KSA

I showed my travel plan (Day to Day) as below

Dubai to New York 3 days

New York to Toronto 6 days

Toronto to London 4 days

London to Dubai (Back to Work)

If you provided the itinerary as you wrote it, you provided no information on what you wanted to do in Canada or why you'd choose Canada to visit.

Hi I have a question regarding GCMS.
My Uncle/Aunt TRV got rejected.
I am a Canadian PR planning to request GCMS notes.

Now,So My Uncle is the principal applicant, My Aunt is the accompanying applicant.

Now in the ATIP consent form it says all individuals whose information is in the TRV application needs to give their consent for ATIP to release the information to the representative here in Canada(Which is me)

Now in the TRV application.. along with My Uncle/Aunt information we also need to provide Names/ Phone numbers /addresses of the applicants siblings and children. So My question is do those siblings and children(above 18) as well as Myself ( as my information is there also need to give consent befpore ATIP can release any infortmation?

Please Help.

You seems to have good travel history. However, your purpose and intention to visit Canada may not be convincing. My first advice is to request for CAIPS/FOSS/GCMS notes. Second, if you think you have good reasons or grounds to visit Canada. Then I will suggest you write a letter for reconsideration. Before that, you may consider answering this questions by yourself. Why Canada? What will you be doing? What will happen if you are denied? For example, things you have seen in the UK or US that you think might be different in Canada. Finally, you may try getting invitation from friends if any or special events that relate to your field and you are local member. I hope this help in some way.

If you mean that a letter for reconsideration be submitted with a new application, responding to the grounds for refusal, then yes. That is good advice.

That is exactly what I mean. However, requesting a reconsideration may not mean getting the decision turn or visa immediately. But, why waiting for ATIPS officer's note, that can be a trial. There is no crime in trying. In addition, the letter of reconsideration may shed more lights and will be filled in his case file for future application. Just my opinion, it is simply relative.

Hi ,

My aunt and uncle want to reapply for the refused Canada TRV.
On Logging into the GC key( from the first attempt), where to start a new application? It's only showing the 1st application that's already been submitted. How can I upload additional documents for eg for proof of finances, socio-economic ties to home country etc.?
