hello everyone,

I need advise or help. I am preparing all the documents needed for my OUTLAND SPOUSAL VISA APPLICATION hopefully I can send this on january.

Does anyone have idea if I still need to do the BIOMETRIC again since I had it already on March 2019 for visitor visa?

If not,should I attached the receipt copy of my biometric appointment letter?

Principal Sponsor Filipino and my husband is Canadian Citizen.

For PR application they request biometrics every time regardless of the fact that you've given it for visitor visa. Unfortunately most probably you'll have to do it again.

In form EIMM 5669e, it has APPLICATION NUMBER and i don't know where and what number should I put. Please help.

Also in my Additional family Information Form IMM 5406e, Should I provide my parents and siblings Birth Certificate and marriage contract? what about my step daughter birth certificate?

I have too much questions as I want to make this right .I truly appreciate every help here.

Hi, my application was delivered on 18th November and I have not received any AOR yet. Also, i am unable to link my application on gc key. Should i be worried?

I sent in my outland application on 15th Nov and it was received on 18th Nov via Canada Post Xpress service to Nova Scotia. I dint opt for the signature service when my application is delivered. But it says it has been delivered. Is that an issue?

Please refer to a checklist as this is the only source of information you can rely on.
As per my knowledge, you only need to include birth certificates of people who are a part of your application.

One more reason I can think of is, to validate on arrival that if the person who applied and got the visa is the same who has landed in the country or not to counter fraud and illegal immigrants.

Good idea, but they don't do it now as far as I know. But my knowledge might be outdated

I haven’t got the medical request yet. Gave the biometrics yesterday and it is reflecting in the GCKey account.
q1. Any idea when could I expect the medical request as per the Nov 2019 pattern?
q2. Is there any provision of giving the medical before they request us?

Usually meds are requested soon after sponsor approval. Might be same or next day.

You can't do exam in advance as you will need to provide to a doctor a letter from cic requesting that exam.

Again, please refer to a checklist. The last page has all the information as what needs to be signed. It's very important to sign all the required form. Otherwise the application will be returned as incomplete.
