There are cases where you dont receive the email confirmation. I did not and nither did my lawyer.

With CIC you never know. I remember cases when people never got SA email (only Decision Made on ECAS), and an application went smoothly.

Based on my experience on this forum, decision made for a sponsor >99% means it's approved. To be honest I don't even remember someone hasn't been approved as a sponsor.

i sure that most who didn`t receive letter, just don`t open spam or another mistake! It`s my opinion and official site for me is authority! maybe 0,1% really had system problem but not all!

After you get AOR1. The time depends, a few weeks usually.
