can anyone give approximate time for pre arrival letter after this?

I have gone through most of the posts in this forum, and what I noticed is NDVO processes in batches according to the
'Sydney' Application Received Date (few exceptions where couple of files are cleared early or are delayed)

Like recently, a large number of April applicants were sent pre-arrival in OCT & NOV. Few May applicants also received
pre-arrival in NOV. You may see that in the recent posts.
I am also May applicant but I have not received any update after file moved to NDVO. But since they started working on
May applications, So I am hoping my turn could come with the next batch.

This is just the general idea for most cases,. Few out of the box things are always happening at NDVO.

Fine! Make it simple! EE candidates are not able to view status in ECAS. You people belongs different stream or sponsorship (I don't know)!

I received pre arrival on Nov 13th. Whats the usual timeline from pre arrival notification to PPR

Did you notice this, when you have sent your application to Sydney, nova scotia for processing, you must have received an acknowledgment with the file number and UCI number? Now, when your application to been transferred to the New Delhi visa office, you must have received an email from CIC stating your file is been transferred to NDVO. Since they have started your application process in New Delhi, they will allocate a new UCI number with the same application number, which you must have noticed when the New Delhi visa office requested the additional documents for processing. The new UCI number is itself the AOR 2. I guess I answered your question.

My rep forwarded me the email from CIC and it did have a diff AOR number then first AOR. So this is 100% AOR2? Now the other question is...when i check the status on ECAS, will it make any difference if I use the new UCI # or can I continue to use the Application number?

You can use both. If you use the first one you can both sponsorship application status and PR application status. If you use the 2nd one you can only see the PR application status.

Sponsor and Applicant both have different UCI number
First UCI is for sponsor … second (AOR2) is for applicant.
Application number is same for both sponsorship and PR
