Yes I have. Sadly, file is still in progress. I asked specifically for eligibility and security, to which agent said "Eligibility is still in progress/under review and security not started yet"
As far as the agent saw, nothing passed yet so he doesn't know what the update is about.
I'm a little scared since i still haven't received my GCMS and i dunno what is going on.

I don’t think you will receive your notes before a decision is made. I was in a similar situation as you and didn’t receive my notes until the application was finalized. I applied for the notes on the 6th of June and received them on the 1st of November. A decision was made on October 10th. I strongly believe they are finalizing your application. So just stay positive, you will be joining us soon.

Finally completed my landing at Hamilton IRCC yesterday.

I want to thank everyone here for their help and support. This forum really helped me keep my sanity.
