Student from india applied for visa on first week of November for jan 20 intake

I have also applied for my student visa on november 03-2019. My biometrics was done on 14 november 2019.

During 2nd time application, in justification letter, can we attach the WES Canada evaluation reports? And state that 2yrs MBA in India is equivalent to one year post graduate diploma in Canada ?

And say that we are again going to pursue an year post graduate certificate course?
