All who got FILE MOVED/transferred to NDVO 2019 please join

Nothing to worry about. When I called CIC, that agent told me that my file was transferred to NDVO on October 09 and they have sent an email. My representative said the same thing that he didn’t receive any email. But 2 days ago I could see line 2 added to my ECAS. So, NDVO will eventually accept your file and you will see line 2 added to your ECAS as well. They are closed on Monday, so maybe Tuesday or Wednesday is your day.

Start processing= 25 oct
When should I expect any other update on my file ????

Yes there was one refusal I applied last year as tourist visa before marriage ...

Its an email people say, but some also receive a ghost update in their GCKEY account just a day prior to pre arrival

Yes there was one refusal I applied last year as tourist visa before marriage ...

My husband also has a TRV refusal, he applied after marriage.. same time as we submitted PR application. I was being his host in the TRV and I sent him an invitation letter as a part of that application.

Just spoke with my immigration lawyer about my husband's file in ndvo . He said its in process and most of local offices have quota of visas to give away so they might start new batch after December. So hang in there..

I talked to CIC today and they confirmed there no such thing like a quota of visas per VO except for Quebec . Quebec have its own rules and they have a quota for spouse visa every year . Nothing as such for any other provinces or visa offices.
