Also, I think (for the folks in "Submitted" stage), they will start processing them now as previous petitions are getting into DIP now. It will need a good 60 days to process and by the time nomination comes, it will be new quota of 2020. So, nothing to worry AFAIK. This is my opinion and not from any source...

Mine is stuck in DIP still. My PR packet is getting ready though. If I get the nomination, I would literally want to print it, add it to document bunch and send it off on same day :D. Lets see, hope is a bitch though...

oh Good Phani, please share the the checklist, process and timelines , and you are from India correct? me too, so I will get my packet started and get things ready as well.

Today's draw..the cut off score is 472 and missed ITA by just 2 points. lol.
Sad.. I think it will drop drastically in January because the quota will be renewed. Not to worry. 470 is a sureshot.

DIP: Nov 13 (I'll estimate today as the date I got it)

Congrats... how long is the law firm estimating? To get to next stage?
 
It's 50th day today and application is still in 'Submitted' and also missed ITA by 2 points. I think I am going to enjoy my beer today :D
Has anyone seen any change in status for applications submitted post 09/20?
