Dear Team,
I am in desperate need of your help.My immigration lawyer submitted me and my spouse's PR application on 22nd August.
Today we received a rejection email stating that we failed to submit biometric for my spouse who resides in India.I am on a valid work permit in Canada .My lawyer has never received any such email for biometrics at all and sent an email to CPC Ottawa for reopening the case.
What are the chances?
I do not want to incur a huge loss interms of time and money and start the process all over again.
