"Thank you for your application to the Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP)
under the Express Entry: Human Capital Priorities Stream which was received on
September 13, 2019.
Please note that the director of the Ontario Immigration Act, 2015, S.O. 2015, c. 8. (the
“Act”) has determined that your application is incomplete, specifically:
- Education – Foreign Degree (ECA Authorization):
WES
Applicants to the OINP Human Capital Priorities Stream are required to submit a
copy of their Educational Credential Assessment (ECA) report. You provided a
copy of an ECA report from the World Education Service (WES).
In order to verify the results of your ECA report, we require you to authorize WES
to share your ECA results with OINP. OINP requires this authorization to
complete the assessment of your application.
To authorize WES to share the results of your ECA report you must order a
duplicate of your ECA report at:
https://applications.wes.org/createaccount/login/login. You must also ensure that
“Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program” is indicated as the recipient of the report.
If you have any specific questions about how to provide authorization to share
your ECA results with OINP, please contact WES directly.
You have 14 calendar days from the date of this letter to submit the required
information and/or documentation to the OINP.
If the program does not receive the required information/documentation within 14
calendar days, your application will be deemed incomplete and your payment will be
refunded."
I received this yesterday, my status is still in submitted phase, now the problem with ECA report is that I requested for an upgrade of report which is due completion on 29th November before which I cannot do anything and this 14 day deadline is till 25th November.
I wrote with my issue to OINP stating this
I received this below email earlier today, that I need to authorize WES for my Evaluation Report ' 356XXXX ' with OINP and for this I have only 14 calendar days to complete. I would like to bring this into your notice that when I applied for OINP, I already had request for my Evaluation Upgrade with my completed Masters Degree and since I didn't had completed ECA report for it was not included in my Application. This new evaluation report number is '414XXXX', which is due to be completed on 29th November,2019 and I have already added OINP as a recipient for that report. I tried to get my previous ECA report '356XXXX' shared with OINP but that can only be done once this evaluation upgrade is completed. I have tried everything with WES already but they say there's nothing that can be done.
This new Evaluation report '414XXXX' will be ready by 29th November as you can see in the attached file and can also see the previously completed ECA report 356XXXX as well in the dashboard. Please advise how to proceed,Looking forward to a positive response.

Hello, did you check with wes and they have told you that you cant order a duplicate ircc at the moment?
I am suggesting that you call them few more times because they are not professionals.....and one person can say one thing, then another one tells a completely different story
Did you do your eca evaluation, then course by course? Do you have a button next to your old one order duplicate ircc?

? No, it’s not. If he doesnt fix the lack of the eca report in 2 weeks, they cancel his application.
So he has to follow up with their official form and answer
I did exhaust all my reosurces with WES they say there is nothing they can do
I hope that's not the case because there is no way this can be fixed in 2 weeks.
WES service has been nothing but pathetic

I don't know what happens next because you did not explain your case fully... and yes, wes are...
but you should submit an official response to the oinp with their form

Don't worry, there are a lot of people with the same timeline. On Monday it will be 2 months since I have submitted my application, it is in the assessment. Yours is already in the DIP stage after 2 months - that's great!
I did write to OINP detailing my case and the trouble I'm facing with WES.
WES has been nothing but pathetic this evaluation upgrade is in progress since June

I know, the same here. They did not even inform me that they changed the IMM number and date when they sent it to the OINP.
I have wasted 2 more days because of their fault before OINP moved my case to the assessment...
They were better last year.
