Progress bar disappeared since yesterday!

AOR 28 June
Estimated completion date 28 December

Until a week ago I only passed criminality, Eligibility and Security not started (called IRCC for an update).

What was cic reply to your request?
In my case I lost my progress bar too. My AOR 11 June 2018.
Medical cleared May 2019.

Hi

Progress bar disappeared from my profile too. My AOR is June 30.
I asked my friend, who applied for PR 2 months after me, to check his profile and the progress bar is present.

If the people who are missing the progress bar have the AOR around those dates, I think we can make a general conclusion.

prior to disappearance it showed estimated time of completion: 3rd Feb 2020

13 weeks remaining.

biometrics was completed on 6th September 2019.

Does anyone know why is this happening? Does this mean anything?

I am from india.. whats the helpline number i can call at for info regarding the pr status? I tried looking it up on diff forums but couldn’t find any contact info.

Please press on " the report on problem Or mistake on this page " button at the end of the status page. My progress bar was missing yesterday and I raised a ticket through that button. I am able to see the progress bar today. Not sure if they fixed it or it rectifies automatically but you can try and see if that fixes the issue

I tweeted to IRCC about the missing progress bar, they said I should log out from my profile, empty my cache files and then login again. Didn't work at first (on my phone) but just checked on my laptop and the bar is back again
