everything has been done except security.

No i don’t have access to that. I called them yesterday though they said everything done they just need to print the ppr. I don’t know how long it’s gonna take

You can call them back to ask what’s going on their is ntng bad in doing so.

I don’t have access to that either all the emails goes to my representatives email so I am not aware of any ghost update. The only thing is that I called them on 21oct they said security didn’t started and yesterday they told me that security got passed on 4th Nov.
I got Pal on 21 Aug.
this wait is just so annoying
