My application was received on June 13th, Not Aor yet, today I called to CIC , the agent gave a number for my father's application that start with F000...., is that correct? the agent didnt gave me more information than that.....

Hello Everyone,
I need some help please, after linking my application to sponsor my mom, everything was fine and I managed to link it to a MyCIC account that I created for her. I kept checking the MyCIC & ECAS on a regular basis.
I noticed during September this message on ECAS :
We sent you correspondence on September 18, 2019. If you have not yet provided the information or the requested documents, please do so as soon as possible. Please wait until you receive the correspondence before sending us additional information, as the correspondence will outline all information that is required.
However at that time, I waited to receive an email or see a message on MYCIC account, I received nothing, I waited for a while afterwards I kept trying to call but I wasn't able to reach an agent till last week.
When I called, the agent told me that the application is in Mississauga office and that there are some requested documents sent (Marriage Certificate for my mother and some paper details about her dependent who is my father), I told the agent that we received nothing by email or myCIC account, so she sent me a link to contact MYCIC technincal team for technical difficulties.
I sent them the request last week stating what I said above but so far I received no response yet.
I am just worried about the delay especially when they give 30 days deadline to get the documents, also we didn't reach the financial evaluation yet as we are in Quebec and this step is supposed to be after submitting the documents they are requesting that also when I will get their message or email.
It is so sad because this is making the application take longer time too
If anyone is facing a similar situation or have any advice this will be highly appreciated.

what is your Sponsorship In process date? check your Sponsorship Ecas. you can get In process date from Ecas,

1. Do I have to submit Passport/Travel Document again if originally included in the application is still valid and no additional stamps applied on the passport?
2. Do I have to only scan and send scanned pdf to provided email-ID in SA Letter with subject line PGP-APR?
3. Does anybody have specific format for the CV/Resume to submit CIC for Parents?
4. Do we have to send separate email for each document or we can send all together? Does subject line needs to be specific? Does CIC provide any acknowledgement whenever we send above documents?

1. what about paper physical mail to your mailing address u provided on the file?
2. Are there any representatives on your file?
3. The email id on the PA application and myCIC are they both same or different?
4. Did u tried option of GCMS Notes ?
5. Contact IRCC agent and ask what all documents are asked by IRCC to submit and try submitting it via WebForm & email both just to avoid delays in your application timeline.

CORRECTION*:
You donot need to provide a police certificate for your time in Canada, UNLESS IRCC ASK FOR RCMP CRIMINAL & BACKGROUND CHECK.
