You can email them, but this will not change anything. I mean, NOI can not be linked to the new EE profile and you have to wait and see if you will be pulled again with another NOI to your new EE profile. It is not guaranteed that you ll receive another NOI, however, the trend shows that these candidates are given another second choice. Sorry about this, but this is how AINP works.

I was selected to send NOI to alberta.
I have applied and submitted the application via courier.
However, I had a wrong date of birth on my WES evaluation. Although I have written to WES about correcting it, the correction had not been effected when I sent my application. In my letter of explanation concerning WES evaluation, I explained the situation and attached my correspondence with WES.
I received the reversed evaluation from WES today (4th Nov, 2019)
Do I send this copy across to Alberta? WES told me that the previous evaluation can no longer be assessed by IRCC

Do I need to provide all educational details under education history section of AINP 012 and IMM 5669 (background/declaration) forms even if I'm not claiming points for all? While creating EE profile I only mentioned for which I'm claiming points.

You must provide Alberta the revise one so there will no problem in your application. Just email them first about it and ask if you can send them the document.

Yes, you have to highlight your school, high school, college/university. Also, dont leave any gaps while preparing your personal history.
