Trust me appointing an immigration lawyer at this point will be use less, wasting money and effort, they don’t care about your fears and future, telling you from my experience I am inland applicant my eligibility recommended passed, security not started file has not touched I guess from April or may, medical expired a month ago, no remedical requests so far or adr,12 months completing on 9 nov
Almost after 12 months,I got my PPR(got it 2 days after submitting re-meds)

Got passport and COPR today.
I feel and pray for every candidate who is waiting for more than 6 months, especially all year 2018 or previous years candidates.
