I am working here in Canada on spouses open work permit whereas my husband is on ICT closed work permit. Now his company is sending him back..my question is can I stay and work alone here as I am on open work permit?

Yes - you can stay in Canada and work until the expiry of your open work permit.

I have additional query. Can a open work permit holder travel to Canada before primary applicant who has ICT visa?

I travelled to Canada with my wife on 31st Oct 2021.
I am holding a (dependent visa) Temporary resident visa. My wife has a closed work permit.
I have raised Spousal Open Work Permit from Canada on Dec 09, 2021. My online application is complete. I am waiting for a decision on the work permit.
While applying for the Work permit the processing time was 130 days.
130 days are already over now, should I write a letter to MP?
Or anything else you guys suggest?
I have a Canadian offer, I will have to communicate the joining date to the company.
