Yes I got a request to upload my recent international passport (with more than 6 months validity) since the last one I uploaded will expire January 2020. I was able to do that on Monday 7th, my status for additional doc changed to not applicable on Wednesday 9th and I got a ghost update yesterday 11th. I just hope PPR will follow soon.
Is your file in AVO / Accra Visa Office?

AOR 7th Aug 2018

In these 15 months they requested around 4 additional documents.(All were submitted in time)
Called Cic yesterday and they confirmed that all my eligibility, criminality, security and medical are now passed and my application is waiting for a final review by an immigration officer.

Last document i submitted was my re-medical on 9th OCT 2019(Med passed the very next day).

The wait has been so long that, i don't want to fool myself thinking i am almost there.

Guys i need suggestion, I am aug 2018 aor candidate, i got ppr in dec 2019,poat that i updated cic regarding my separation with spouse and later about my divorce, cic gave me 6 months time to submit divorce docs which i have submitted on 1st aug 2019.my medical has expired on 23rd aug. Ralph confirmed in September eligibility, criminality security recently passed, medical expired, no action required. Divorce docs received.

Since then I have raised numerous webform and mail but i got standard response only. I also applied gcms 31 days back which are delayed.

As per understanding it seems file is approved and waiting for medical review to extend or to ask re med.
I saw a couple of posts which suggest to never go for re medical without cic request. However in few cases re med done without cic request is timely updated.
Kindly suggest what I should do.
@Mo-Desire your views as u did second re medical upfront.

Hi everyone.
@tobs @scylla
Looking for advice. I applied Aug 3rd 2018 through CEC and unfortunately my PR application has been rejected due to negative employer verification. I am currently on implied status on a study permit. As my studies continue until April next year, I applied to extend my study permit and am still waiting for a response. I currently work part time and my employer has said they are willing help sponsor me. I have also recently graduated from an associate certificate program. My questions is what route would you advise i re-apply through? Can i apply through the BC PNP with a job offer even though I am on implied status? Or can I ask my current employer to apply for an lmia?

Any advise would be appreciated. Thank you!

Would appreciate input from anyone who may know.

Am an Aug 2018 applicant. Have been under Security Screening (comprehensive) since May 2019 when I was asked for a remed. At the time I was asked for additional docs (Military Records). When I did submit the same, ADR went to NA.

CBSA notes revealed that I am under comprehensive security screening. Well, the ADR went from NA to "We are reviewing the additional documents you provided".

I know it means that my file is being worked on, but could this be the light at the end of this 15 month long tunnel?? Could I be coming out of Security screening??

Does anyone have first, second or any number of hand experience with this?

Still hanging in there. Someone please throw me a lifeline

Do not worry brother...you are almost there. My lifeline is exactly the same as yours...SS starts on May 21st and still running and i am also august 2018 AOR. Even i have no military, govt job background...i am a very simple guy but still i am under security screening. Every day i count and finally, we are almost close to receiving ppr. What i saw is now for biometric applicant SS is taking on an average 5.15-6 months most of the cases. Hold on tight...
