Hi my name is rehman I applied for Canadian immigration I got a RFE(request for evidence) along with an objection stating that I need to get my daughter medical done which I just cant I got divorced in 2015 and the custody of my child is with her mother I already submitted the court document still they r insisting to get the medical done my x wife is not allowing me to get tht done can u suggest what to do ?also my brother gifted me some money for this immigration for which i also submitted gift deed can you tell me what are my chances to get the immigration?

Does the mother have sole, exclusive, custody or is it shared? If it's shared, you are not going to find it easy to convince IRCC, especially in light of the recent changes regarding undeclared dependents.
That's just visiting rights... I am referring to custody, as determined by the court decision.
It's with the mother and I already submitted court documents whih clearly states that the custody is with the mother but still they asked me to take the child for medical which I cant any clue how should I deal with this ?I was told by my consultant that I will be able to move by Nov 21 but this RFE is freaking me out now
There are multiple other threads in the forum about the procedure for requesting IRCC to exclude a dependent child.
