Hey guys, I got PPR since last month. I submitted it via Vsfglobal in Kinshasa. But the link they gave to track the passport doesn't work. my GCkey account doenst say anything. I try the online link on immigration Canada to check the status-it doesn't find anything. I tried couple time it still doesn't. When I read that some people can the decision made on ECAS-What is it? and how to log in?

I received an e-mail request from Mexico's VO for confirmation that I moved back to Canada. Hoping that's good news and we are able to get this done by the 12 month mark.

I sent an email to LVO asking what is going on with my file, they mentioned that my file was transfered and received by vienna visa office on september 17 2019.
In my case, the MP contacted them and they also were told that my file has been transferred to Vienna.. not sure why though.
