WES ECA report modification/re-evaluation

I searched through already created threads but not able to find specific solution to my problem.

My ECA report was issued in 2015 as following credentials:

CANADIAN EQUIVALENCY SUMMARY

Bachelor's degree (four years)

CREDENTIAL ANALYSIS
1. Credential Authentication: Official transcripts were sent directly by the institution
Country: India
Credential: Bachelor of Computer Applications
Year: 2004
Awarded by: Guru Nanak Dev University
Institution Status: Recognized
Major/Specialization: Computer Applications
Canadian Equivalency: Bachelor's degree (four years)

2. Credential Authentication: Official transcripts were sent directly by the institution
Country: India
Credential: Master of Science
Year: 2006 Awarded by: Guru Nanak Dev University
Institution Status: Recognized
Major/Specialization: Network and Protocol Design
Canadian Equivalency: One year of graduate study

Now I realized and other people in Canada PR process also suggest that WES must also mention point 2 Credential Authentication in report summary. At present it only refer to Bachelors degree (Four years). Means this report require modification in Summary.

I wrote to WES and also spoke to them to consider review in report so that I can claim points for Two or more degrees. After about 15 days they respond that this is an update and it required to fill in the form and paying fees and all that. it means whole process from beginning.

How can I convince or communicate to them that this is not update it is review or modification because they didnt mention my one of degree in summary though they mention it in report.


Please help me guys and suggest me what can I do now. I receive CIC ITA (via PNP) and because of this 1 month is already passed. Please suggest how can I go further with present report .

For Education, no need to mention anything. Just submit. Do note that, while creating EE profile, mention both educations.

Dear Friend,

As per my understanding WES report is valid for only 2 years that may be the reason they are asking you to do it again. Just a thought.

Incorrect. WES report which is also called ECA, is valid for 5 years.

Call IQAS and ask for which week's mail they are processing, I checked two weeks ago and they were somehwere in May.

Once they cross the date when your documents were received by IQAS, then 6 months processing time will start.
