HI This is regarding one of my friend!. He has applied for the workpermit on 11th june 2019 in canada , and haven’t received the work permit yet.!
It has Already crossed the processing time (8weeks).!
He is totally tensed because his study permit has also expired.!
Is anyone facing same situation please suggest me what to do.?

I had the same situation and it went over the estimated time but finally, my PGWP got approved.

Posted times are estimates and apps can take longer. All he can do is wait.

Pgwp is taking like 3 months at the moment so its normal.

Hi guys, I applied for the work permit on May 16, 2019. And there is no update yet. I called CIC twice and they told me to wait.
