Yes. This delay is what is making us anxious. We see some pattern and when we don't get the same, we start to doubt and question. But I hope we get it soon. Just hang in there..
Hi @scargee, I am in the same situation than you, remed request by sept 26th then remed passed in sept 29th and still waiting for prr. It makes us 2 waiting for the next step. Good luck!!

That's good to know that at least I am not alone. Thank you for letting me know! Let's continue to hope and pray that we will get it eventually.. It really makes you wonder why some of us are taking so long, but we can't do anything at this point other than to call (but calling from outside Canada has now been stopped) and ask if there's anything worrisome with our file.. I guess we'll just really have to be patient and wait.

Even I received a medical request last week and got it done on October 04. I am yet to pass the same. You can call them using the TextNow app. I have the app and I have got a virtual local number but I am too lazy to call them and find out if I have passed all the stages. Just assuming that I have since I got the medical request.

However, there are some people in the August 2018 thread who got their medicals done a month ago but haven't received PPR till now. Don't know what to make of it.

I hope things are working out, keep us posted.

I've just read the COPR. There is absolutely no doubt at all in bold in the middle of the first page of the COPR that what you were doing is misrepresentation under IRCC regulations. Maybe you did not read it? If you read it did you just ignore it? What happened?
Does it says I can't travel with my current COPR? I didn't read the complete paper but I have read some important points. All I knew that I have to inform ircc if any information changes which I did.

TextNow app doesn't work in my country. Is anyone else having this problem. If yes, did you find a way to make a call from outside.

Finally, my profile says, “We’re done processing your application”! It seems that I need to do my landing on or before 31st December. I received Ready for visa email on 23rd August, so yeah, waiting for COPR requires patience as well.
Wow, took quite a while then!!! What day did you send the passport to the vsf? Was it in August?

an update,
back ground changed to, we are processing, (IP2) -- first change after medical passed in December last year.
along with that, got re medical request, more than a month before medical done date, medical was done in November.
medical appointment next week.

Let's not ride on high hope horses, people are waiting from months after re-medial.

so Let's see.

So we are collectively loosing our positivity, If they want, they can clear our application in a week, what kind of priorities or system they are using, is beyond any logical explanation.

they said, my background report is pending to be reviewed by an officer, from last 3 or more months.
it means, background report came, but nobody opened it , checked it or approved it.
only after this, it can moved for final decision and PPR request.

and I received nothing in the name of GCMS notes, my 3 orders.

they only being ignorant and lazy, I am disappointed

I can't see any logic in issuing PPR's to candidates after February.
I guess this is what they are trying to do now. Clear our applications in a week :)

Or

Maybe it's a standard remedical request for applicants with less than a month left for medical expiry. I am only thinking this because many of us suddenly received the medical request. Since you have a friend in Canada who can call, maybe you can find out if all stages are passed.

My eligibility is met and my Medical’s expire today but no remedy request yet. Don’t know if I should be worried.
No need to worry. No news is always good news. Sooner or later you will receive it. They are trying hard to clear the backlog, it seems. What is your AOR date?
