I nor my supporter have received any email regarding the information requested. Your advice on what to do next will be highly appreciated.

You can check your spam box if there is any message there, if non, wait for some days you will get a message from them. Also note that sometimes the information requested may not be to you or your supporter. It may be to your company, financial institution etc. I will advice you exercise patience for a couple of days after checking your spam mail. Wish you the best.

Well its rare this happens, could be a technical glitch, or the officer who opened your file is no more available and file needs to be placed on received until another officer takes it up, or a mistake on the side the officer handling your file. Just wait few days and see what happens but mistakes as this are easily corrected.

Very strange indeed.

Hello, profile has been on AIP since 28th September and then suddenly changed to Received few minutes ago. Called my sponsor if she sent anything, she said no. Please seniors - is this normal?
