Looks like your father only applied for PR in June. You are likely looking at around 2 years (likely a bit linger) until you get PR. You can attempt to get visitor visas but that could be very difficult. You would not qualify for healthcare or free schooling as visitors.
Can you work as a visitor though?

It depends if he got the PR or he is just now applying for his PR .

Hi,

I’ve received an email from Immigration for my overseas spouse to pay her biometric fees via webform I paid the fees online and submitted. Again I’ve received an email that I’ve to provide more information like personal information and resubmit the reciept via webform. Once I’ve resubmitted i did not receive email back from immigration. Is that normal or they respond later. Thanks
