So sorry to hear this! Really crazy they didn't issue ADR or at least PFL.. are you gonna appeal or maybe reapply ?

Most likely background check.. it was about my time working for the government

My ADR request was back on August 13th, and I had a 30 day deadline. Haha I submitted and verified with an IRCC agent that the documents were received on the 22nd of August..

Good morning everyone, I have bad news, after 8 months of waiting, my application got refused

I am so sorry to hear this. I hope you are able to reapply and get your PPR soon.

Its really unfair to keep people waiting for 8 months and then reject the case. Its only normal for people to get hopeful that their case will be approved as time passes. This is super scary for the rest of us.

I have had two visa refusals to NZ and I suspect this is why my BGC is delayed thus far. Not sure what INZ is doing at the moment

Oh wow! I had an NZ student visa application declined last year. Is that the same as a refusal? I ask because in my last gcms notes raised in June, info sharing says complete but I did not get a schedule A form yet. Does that mean the visa decline was not viewed as a visa refusal? Do you know about this?

Either cases don't really matter to IRCC as long as you disclose it and as long as the refusal wasn't for anything serious

Guys - don't get confused with 'Visa Refusal' with 'Refusal to Enter or Declined to Enter'.
Visa refusal is not an issue.
However, it is good to have all that updated and clearly mention. But don't put visa refusal as refusal to enter or so.

The 2 recent refusals due to Work experience related issue is worrying. Especially when I know my initial Employment document was screwed up. In any case, there is no option other than continue to wait.

I am sure you will get in the next entry as you have already collected experience within Canada.

I have a close friend turned down for exactly the same reason: ditto.

Same.. my latest ADR was for work related documents as well. Praying
