I applied on 9 july but didnt got any reply yet. When did you apply and witthin howmany days you got offer letter

I applied on 3rd July fee deducted on 10 July and offer letter issued on 19 july

That is application fee

According to University the maximum time it is taken to issue a offer letter is 4 weeks

hello i was accepted in university of Winnipeg for three years bachelor's degree on 3rd February after applying a week earlier. lodged my visa application from Bangladesh on 16th march, received biometric and medical pass on 17th of may and no update after that.
