January 2019 onwards Paper Based PR Applicants waiting for AOR/MR/PPR

Hi I applied for Ontario pnp (international graduate stream) and received pnp in feb and applied paper based Pr in March

My timeline as following
AR: 21 April
AOR: 22 may
Waiting for next steps

Anyone know how long MR takes to come

Hopefully next month as some March applicants got their MR in last days. I am also waiting AR 30 april

I received request for RFRP fees which I have paid and sent them too via portal.

They have also mentioned about sending document in French or English for PCC and IELTS which I have already submitted at time of application. They have not clearly mentioned about sending this document again, 30 days time period was only for RFRP mentioned in email.The portal only shows upload section for RFRP NOT for PCC or IETLS. So do I need to send them again via web form or this is just ignore the same?

Any help really appreciated.
