Hi, I have submited the passport on 18th September on the request after approval of application. Today I received the following mail "Visa application, tracking ID No. 20190918BDDAPKT94720 The envelope for the decision on the results of your visa that has been processed has been received at the Canadian Visa Application Center at Singapore OC, on the date. We will then send this to the Canadian Visa Application Center Singapore OC" . Can someone explain what does it mean and when I expect to get my passport back.

if you applied online and they asked for your passport after the fact then more than likely you have been approved and should expect a visa in your passport when you get it back. They do not ask for passports only to then just refuse it. That message just means that they are sending your passport to get a visa stamp on it. You can search the forums for turn around time from Singapore, my guess would be 5-10 business days.
