Hey everyone... I m very tensed. I applied for early childhood education program in Sheridan college in july.. And still i hvnt got the acceptance.. Can anyone tell that when i will get it. More than 2 months are gone.... I m really very tensed.. I m confused that i will get it or not

I applied for the diploma of early childhood education in july for January 2020 and still waiting for the offer letter... But today suddenly the seats are shown full... I m a little bit confused that they have collected the applications and they will send offer letter now or the students are already offered with letter of acceptance ? I m really very tensed about it...
Please tell me about that if someone knows?
Has anyone got the offer letter when the seats get filled?
