I just want to understand why they are evaluating it to one semester. Did you get any exemption from F1 - F3? When did you register for ACCA? Please your response would be appreciated

Don't quote me on this but I think I read somewhere it is evaluated as a bachelors degree

It will evaluate Diploma in Accounting and Business as equivalent to one year college level certificate if.
