I have question on below point which is mention during calculation of CRC point 10:

Do you or your spouse or common law partner (if they will come with you to Canada) have at least one brother or sister living in Canada who is a citizen or permanent resident?

Note: to answer yes, the brother or sister must be:
  • 18 years old or older
  • related to you or your partner by blood, marriage, common-law partnership or adoption
  • have a parent in common with you or your partner
A brother or sister is related to you by:
  • blood (biological)
  • adoption
  • marriage (step-brother or step-sister)

My sister have permanent residency of canada and meet all above criteria. however, my question is which documents required to prove brother and sister relationship ?? My sister is married and her entire original documents changes after her marriage. None of document mention brother and sister relationship.
Please suggest how can i justify our relationship ??

I guess your birth certificate and your sister’s together can verify that. Those 2 certificate will show you guys share at least 1 parent, right?

Yes, you have to provide:

Birth Certificate of both of you ( to prove the relationship as parents name will be same)
Copy of your sister's PR Card ( to prove her status )
Copy of her house mortgage or lease agreement ( to prove that your sister is living in Canada)

That's it.

I have my maternal side cousin(My mother's real Brother's daughter) staying in Canada, who has a PR. The same is the case with my spouse, who has a maternal side cousin(Her Mother's real sister's daughter) staying in Canada and has a PR.

Is there any provision to increase my or my spouse's CRS score by mentioning that in the section : 'Do you or your spouse or common law partner (if they will come with you to Canada) have at least one brother or sister living in Canada who is a citizen or permanent resident?'

What kind of proof is required to furnish for authentication?

No - no provision.

To get CRS points, the person in Canada needs to be a sibling. These aren't siblings.
