All who got FILE MOVED/transferred to NDVO 2019 please join

Hi All!

Best of luck to everyone here. I am on month 6 of the application. Application is at NDVO, I have not heard from them since file was transferred to them in New Delhi on 06.25.19. I have read that it takes 3-5 months or even longer. Hopefully the file wont go over the 12 month timeline that CIC gives us. Just the silence on their end is bugging me. If only there was some sort of confirmation that ND received the file, or that they were working on it in ND. My timeline is in my signature but if you are unable to see, it is as follows:

Here’s my timeline.

application Received - April 26, 2019
AOR1 - June 10
SA - June 17
Biometric request - June 17
Biometric Given - June 19
Medical Request - June 18
Medical Given - June 20
Medical Received - June 28

No update since then. Called IRCC last month’s day agent told me that they are currently assessing Applicants file in Sydney.
Called them again last week and finally heard that they are preparing to send my file to NDVO.

I’m not sure how long it gonna take now, but what I can see it’s taking around 3 to 4 months in NDVO. I hope something was done in Sydney and my file was not sitting somewhere. Fingers crossed. Anyone else in the same boat?

What I saw in the past NDVO takes as you said , 5 to 7 months from recpt at NDVO , a total of average 10 months , of course a year is max, some files take bit longer than a year too.

My Application Date 4 Dec 2018. File transferred to NDVO in July 2019. Since then no update. Looks like they are sleeping.

By mistake i checked not to show my status online, Now i cant see status asking to contact CIC. My representative getting updates but i cant see online status. If some one know how to activate online status.

Urgent help needed.my husband got call from delhi embassy they said visa interview is no longer required.

How's its possible. He said the requirement is fulfilled. I don't know its midnight in Calgary and i can't call my representative

I am in a confusing situation,our file got transfer to NDVO on may 1st 2019,got email for additional marrige photographs on 8 may and had emailed back on 13 may,last week i emailed delhiimmigration@international.ca for
Update,and got the reply that they still waiting for photographs,shocking for us,anyhow emailed them again today and added that documents were provided on 13 may too.
Spouse medical was done on 10 march just wondering that if we will make before that?Any inputs will be appreciated.

Hi! What does it show on your Gckey account? If they have received your documents, it will read 'we are reviewing additional documents that you have provided.

Our file took over 5 months before moving to NDVO. Most time it takes in Canada is SA= Sponsorship Approval They check Crim Record of any 1 who sponsors. And if there is absolutely NO match=OK file moves. But if your last name or something shows up in data base with DOB with even some 1 else's matches; they ask rcmp for full report. They can further ask for finger print verification so that an innocent sponsor is not rejected. They have direct contact channel with HQs of rcmp for the purpose of this check as I was told.

I agree that this may be the case. But some of the folks i know in this forum has already recieved their sponsorship approval and medical results done.

But what is the meaning of last name or something shows up in database with DOB? Can u explain me the details of that because my file transferred to delhi last week

Thanks for replying,the worse part is that we are not able to link our file since it was received by Sydney office on 20 Nov 2018.our only source is Ecas for anyupdate.
