I am a Toronto applicant - similar times for me:
- Application received Sep 21st
- AOR: Dec 7th
- In Process - Dec 19th and NOTHING since then.
Glad I am not alone but anxious to get my test done now!

You can and you should send the web form. Because otherwise IRCC does not know that you even called. The call center does not note down anything in the system. Only the communication through webform will reach to IRCC .

yes, I know that communication has to go through web form but the instructions say not to contact them until a the processing time (i.e. 12 months) has passed so I was surprised you suggested contacting them now

You can contact even though its within one year . Just say that you’re wondering if everything is ok . Or you would like to know if you need to submit anymore documents etc. It’s a way of reminding them not to forget you.
