Day 73 - Finally got an update

QTE
I am refusing your application on the following grounds:
• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as a temporary resident, as stipulated in paragraph 179(b) of the IRPR, based on the purpose of your visit.
You are welcome to reapply if you feel that you can respond to these concerns and can demonstrate that your situation meets the requirements. All new applications must be accompanied by a new processing fee.
UNQTE

Gave a detailed LOE showing a day to day itinerary breakdown , even purchased Tourist reservation(Toronto City Pass) worth $72.73 , Hotel reservation and flight reservation all in good order. The honest truth is i legit wanted to go for vacation purposes only so i'm super irked.

First Application was rejected in May 2019 due to Family ties (Reapplied with documents showing Ties),Second Application rejected due to Purpose of visit , At this point, I'm officially done with Canada, will focus on my US visa renewal only going forward

Many Thanks for all your help

No both emails were received at the same time 6.36am (Biometrics confirmation )and 6.38am (Refusal ) respectively
Sad :( I also been through the same situation once. Now you need long patience. My advise to you is that you should travel to US and spent your vacations there and apply next year again for another vacations following with a travel to us. Next time when you apply also mention into your covering letter about your US visits. Keep your travel short max 5-8 days, also prepare a day to itinerary like 1 jan to 5th Jan describe every single day activity, attach the family information form and travel history as well. Once again so sorry for your refusal after such a long wait. Don't be disheartened, these refusals approvals are part of life always optimistic and never lose your hope and confidence.

It's very surprising and strange though. You should also seek advise from senior forum members and address them. I am sure you will get a good advise.

wow... so sad to see this but it seems the issue came from your LOE. maybe the VO didnt find it convincing but giving your travel history, that shouldnt be a problem. Sometimes it depends on the mood of the VO.
