Yes. The quickest nowadays are well above 7 months. Quickest PPR I've seen this year was of a class fellow who got it on 28th Aug, with AOR on 23rd January. As a matter of fact, given the current workload, you need to be in fate's good books, in order to get your passport stamped within 6 months.
I think it depends on your file. Processing time as published by CIC is 6 months. I have seen FSW-Outland candidates got passport request 4 months after AOR. I have read some even already 12 months but still in processing.Any idea how much time it takes after getting ITA i able to fly?
