I saw Application/Profile Updated on Aug 30th, when I go inside and couldn't see anything.

Please advise what could be this for.....

No body can tell you for sure what the ghost update is for, but one thing I know for sure is that an officer just had just opened and worked on your file. Let's hope for the best outcome in no distance time.
