I applied for PGWP with missing information

I applied for PGWP online after studying in 2 different colleges and missed the information of one of the colleges. It’s been couple of days since I applied please advise what can I do in this situation. Is there any possible way to amend the form.

Does filling the webform help....i submitted my sowp application with some mistake where i didnt mention i was refused earlier immediately realised as soon as i sent the application and sent the webform with letter of explanation and new application form....my application has not been reviewed yet....will the webform help
