Hmmm, it is a bit fishy. Have you contacted the call centre? Or used the web form? I would call until an agent can look up your application by receipt number or sends a note to the relevant office. A few May applicants did that, and were able to get AOR within a few days, could've been just a coincidence though.

I I just got my AOR start with letter 'C' is this correct?
Then an attachment saying that hey will review my application and support documents and will be contacted if any more info is required.
and send a link for the study guide for the exam and once IRCC reviewed the application and basic eligibility is met will contact me for the date of test..

Your name does not appear in the Tracker for June. If you wish to be added we will need the full set of data.
The next step after the AOR is the IP in about 5 weeks time.
The invitation date will vary by location Suggest you look at the historical data for your location

How long does it usually take till the test date? When to start and any tips on how prepare for the test?
