Study permit extension submitted in early June

Hello! I submitted my application in the first days of June. I applied for a study permit extension along with co-op letter. However, today is almost three months passed and I did hear anything from IRCC. I am calling the call centre almost every week and each time they give me different information. First time I called they told me my application almost reviewed and I will hear from them soon. The second time I called they told me that the officer request some information and it will take some time. Last time I called and they told me that they do not start reviewed my application yet...
Is it some way to contact the office who review my application to know the TRUE information about my application. Because agents in IRCC do not really help me and just confusing me. Thank you!

Unfortunately calling is pretty much the only way to contact them, they will not let you talk to anyone who is actually making the decisions.

If you are in Canada you can try reaching out to your local MP who can seek answers on your behalf.

Yes, I am in Canada. Thanks, I will probably will do that, but first will speak with international advisor from my college, may be she can help me
