Hello

I'm a Nigerian pharmacist that will soon be scheduled for PEBC (Pharmacy Examining Board of Canada) Evaluation Exam.
My invitation letter for the exam will be sent by June 2019 and the written date is January 2020.

What kind of Visa should I apply?

Thanks

Thanks for your reply.
But PLEASE I have another question. What are those documents/requirements i should ensure I put in place to avoid rejection of my application?

Thank you very much.

You must provide the documents referred to in the country specific checklist for your country. There is no amount of documents that can "ensure" a rejection, as each case is reviewed by a visa officer who will interpret things differently. If you follow the checklist, you'll have the best chances.

HI! Congratulations on having the TRV. I am also set to take the exam this coming Jan. 8,2020 but I haven't applied for TRV yet. May I know how you got approved? ( I am paranoid since I got refused TRV 2 yrs ago for just tourism).

Thank you in advance! Godbless on the exam! :)

What duration of visa were you given for the PEBC evaluating exams? 6 months or more?
CBSA determines whether you can enter Canada and how long you can remain in Canada on arrival. CIC will determine if it is a single or multiple entry visa and for how long it will last.

Thanks for replying. Since the reason for going to Canada is just for an exam, is it likely the duration of stay will be up to a month? Or you would be told to leave as soon as you're done with the exam since its a one day event. Pls someone that has gone for an exam in Canada before should throw more light.

Pls I would also like to know if one is allowed to travel months ahead of the exam (as soon as you get the visa) or do you only go when the exam date is close?
