Urgent assistance needed!! BC PNP

Hi all,
My application for PNP program for BC has been applied by the lawyer who is located in Canada referred by one of my friend.
I have sent him all the documents which ever he has asked including my CV my 10 year history my education documents copies and ielts.
He has applied my WES last month but he did not provide me the proof of it and surprisingly he did not asked me to intimate my institutes as they will need some reference code so that they can send the result to wes Im from Pakistan and heard about the process of wes which never happened in my case. As per him he has submitted the documents by hand in wes office. Yesterday he emailed me and inform me that i got ITA. I am not sure without wes assessment result is it possible? And also we really dont know when we will receive the WES what if we did not receive it until 19 sep which is last date to apply for PR. Please guide as I have already paid all the Govt fee to him and I have to pay another 4000$ to him I am worried please advise

Better if you can directly contact with wes giving your personal information they may provide you reference number if it is exist...
I am not really sure about it may be someone can give you better solution...

Sounds like you are being scammed. How do you qualify for PR? Do you have a nomination certificate from BC? If you have no WES results, what was put into your profile?

Take the user ID and password for cic account and same for the WES account. Once you login with your credentials, It'll be crystal clear to you.

Moreover, what does your consultant mean by hand delivered documents to WES? Since when, did WES started accepting degree and marksheets by hand......!!!

I asked already for the account detail but he said he is using his account where all other clients detail are available. So he refused to provide the same.
Further, I checked with one of my friend he said that receiving ITA is not a big deal they can create an account and can put the detail to get it but when u apply for PR you must need to proof those details which you have inserted when you create an application. So I doubt because he did not send me any of the job offer as well as the other relevant details. I already paid him all the govt.fee approx to $3300 and his service charge of $1000 now he is asking for another $2000 as it was mentioned in the contract that after initial approval this payment will be due... anyone suggest me what to do now I am in serious tension

What a lame excuse from a fake agent. I don't know what to say. Even I've got my immigration done from a reputed consultant but I had all the access to my account.

Only you and your consultant can access the account provided you both have the credentials. CIC portal is such that, a consultant has to make a separate application online for one PA.

Again, likely a scam.
