1. Since the posted processing time average is 6 weeks, you will still have to wait for the decision.

I applied on June 18th. After nine weeks, no decision yet. I now doubt if the decision is going to be made in time. Got in touch with the Visa office. The usual generic response. The Visa processing time for my place is 5 to six weeks.
