If his work experience is NOC 6552 and he is applying for NOC 6552 job, why would his documents NOT match vs NOC description? Something is not right there.
Did he apply through representative?

NB is the only province that offers NOC 6552 jobs so he would need a lot of luck getting an offer and endorsement from other province. Esp if he would NOT mirror/match the NOC he is applying for.
IF we can find an employer within NB again, can we do that and apply?

you know what that's my question to him too. He told me that he is pressured that time at work and he wants to submit all the requirements immediately without thinking. argh! oh well, we learned from our mistakes right? so hopefully if we find a new employer he will do the right thing now.
Sayang naman. Well, most men are like that. The reason why I handle these stuff for my husband, he is the principal applicant.
I did all the DIY from job hunting to paper works to PR application. He just attended the interviews and sign the papers. I even emailed his HR for reference letter requirements.
Anyway, best of luck to him. What company sya sana? Nordia or Sitel? When was the endorsement submitted?

HI MartinNguyen
Congratulations for getting the PR.
I am about to apply for AIPP and will be getting the job offer signed in few days.
I really need sincere help from experience person, as i do not know the whole process for AIPP.
What should I do after getting signed job offer from designated AIPP employer.
Can i call any ISANS myself & prepare a settlement plan through them. then submit it to my employer.
then he will submit all docs for endorsement.
then once endorsement is approved, how should i apply for PR. what applications/forms should i submit . where to submit, online on IRCC website or how?

could you pls. share your email or watsup no.

If you carefully read in this forum you’ll get all the information you need.
But let me help you out here :

Your employer will need the signed job offer form from you and he’ll help you find the right service provider to get your settlement plan. After the consultation you sent your settlement plan to your employer and the will sent all the needed documents to the immigration office of the province you’re applying to, to get your endorsement for the aipp.
You can find the checklist for the PR Application here :https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/application/application-forms-guides/guide-5424-atlantic-immigration-pilot-program-atlantic-high-skilled-program.html

Are you prepared for aipp, do you already have your eca and English test ? And congratulations on finding an employer

Dear Icke
I highly appreciate your prompt guidance on this :)

I also have one more doubt about the NOC codes:
NOC 6222 and NOC 1225

Currently majority of the job description in my current company is NOC 1225 and i also have part of job tasks which are for NOC 6222

Will it be ok if the AIPP job offer is for NOC 6222. because majority of the tasks are the same. However NOC 1225 is little more advanced.

Also pls. advice NOC B comes under which category, AIPP High Skilled OR Intermediate Skilled, as i can see it under both the categories.

As long as you can proof with your letter of employment that your experience includes the required tasks for the noc you have the job offer for, everything should be fine. But if it differs a lot, it might cause problems.

I’m not sure which category it is in.
I think, but am not sure, the main difference as I can see is that the high skilled has a work contract work for at least a year.
The job offer for the intermediate has to be a permanent one right away.
Of course it hast to be in the needed skill level as well for the specific category.

Hello Martin,
I am about to submit my application under high skilled AIPP. However, there is one thing holding me back which is the IMM-5501 form. It asks you to detail how much unencumbered/ available funds you have in Canadian dollars. The reason for may confusion is, under AIPP I am not required to provide proof of funds if I am already working in Canada on a work permit. ( I have been working now for a year)

I reviewed the CIC website and the funds required under AIPP for a family of 4 outside of Canada is $5800. If I do not have that amount in my account, what do I do? Is this form asking you to simply state how much you have in your account or is it indirectly trying to see if you qualify based on the threshold of required funds? Can I state an arbitrary amount or leave it blank?

I would appreciate some feedback

I believe you must have that amount of funds in your bank account. It is a requirement from the government , I think you have to start saving money.
