lol, well, in realistic terms, it's just difficult to figure out
They might have put it in two different ways, but still meant the same or there may have been a difference of relevance like 'not been met' meaning 'significant consequence of past action valid in the present'

Hi I emailed Ralph Goodale about the status of my Application..this the response i got is as follows:

Eligibility has not been met.
Criminality is in progress.
Security checks have not been initiated. They cannot be expedited and timelines are not available.
Medicals are valid until Jan 2020.

Day before I got same message I don't think they actually work on our mail it's a computerised reply from their staff

I wouldn't say that Goodale's office is the highest source of truth or anything (because that would be IRCC itself) but being an MP's office, they certainly be that irresponsible either to send out randomized computerized responses.. they're definitely looking into your profile, to some extent (but extent unknown)

@harnav sra can u please tell me did u deleted your name that u had typed in the signature box and then took a print and signed it?

i did the same when i got scedule A in february.
1) filled form online
2) took print out
3) manually signed
4) scanned
5) uploaded

First Ghost update after biometrics , Aor- Jan 14th. I believe this was triggered by the reminder sent by the IRCC call agent to CPC Ottawa couple of days ago, from where I received a email saying file in queue for review by officer. Atleast if they are touching my file, I am happy

Call CIC and ask them what has happened today. GU is always good news

Hello guys, my AOR is January 22nd, VO Ottawa. I called IRCC yesterday night, it was the strangest conversation.
Firstly, when I ordered my GCMS notes generated on May 2nd, 2019 , the due date was May 25, 2019.
According to the agent I spoke to, she said when I raised a Web form in the first week of July which I never got a reply from, the agent who treated the Web form sent a note to the officer to look into my application since it is past the due date. But nothing was done.

The agent said she doesn't understand that. She promised to send another reminder yesterday as the due date is still May 25th.

I have been in a panic state since then wondering why the officer won't even bother with a generic reply or adjusting the due date.

I know we are always being told that things my being going on in the background. But after this conversation, I am sure that our applications are really not touched. At all.

Don't worry. on page 414 I have listed out all the steps you could follow.
It is very normal for CIC to not touch any file but that doesn't me they will not get processed.
Be optimistic and keep trying to get more details.
Call CIC.. Order GCMS notes and email Ralph in that order asap

I don't think it will take that long.. looking at the trend I see more of mid and late Jan AOR people getting PR. I might be wrong but looking and following this forum I don't see many early Jan AOR people getting PR. I think they will soon release the batch and many of 1st, 3rd,5th and 6th Jan Aor people will get the golden mail

Yes . When second time ADR was requested with original signature highlighted ( imagine they didn’t straight away rejected ) ... we had saved our imm5669 form sent before ..
.1) edit it got its print out
2) handwritten signed it
3) scanned it
4) made pdf file then attached to file

thanks a lot for the help...so it means that your document was not validated..i mean there was "no" written under the validate button..am i correct..also my job and studies are overlapped due to which my form does not validate..i was thinking to write a one page LOE and add it to the pdf file..whats ur suggestions
