Hi All,
My wife is a BAMS doctor, and we got the ECA completed from IQAS after 15 weeks. I am sharing the timeline:
20th Sep 2018: File was placed in Que.
10th Jan 2019: ECA completed.

Canadian Equivalency: Bachelor's degree with focus in Ayurvedic Medicine.

Thanks Rety, my brother has similar situation, he is BAMS + MBA and had send that for assessment to WES but they did not assess saying they dont assess BAMS.
We are planning to give IQAS a try, can you please confirm what documents you had to send for BAMS and is that limited to when you are applying for immigration to Alberta? He is planning for ontario, can he still use IQAS ?
Have you done the ECA done by IQAS for BAMS and MBA?

Dear Aziz,

I am a graduate in BNYS. I have the same question ???
Should we apply through MCC ... if verified and accepted then this will add few more points to CRS
I am not sure will the same be applicable if we apply through WES.
Feel free to contact me...

Hi did you get your Yogic Science Evaluated ? Who accepted it ? Please respond urgently.

hello mohit, i also completed BAMS from Nepal and have sent credential to IQAS for evaluation. I hope it will be positively assessed. Is your wife applying as primary applicant or you?? Do u have the information whether BAMS can apply for PR since in my point of view , Ayurvedic practitioner is not regarded as skilled manpower in Canada.
I also like to contact you directly? could you share your email address plz. mine is linkshree89@gmail.com.

Hi mohit,
My husband has completed bams from panjab university and pg diploma in panchkarma from pune. He has 2-3 years of work experience as well. Which is the correct assessing body IQAS or ICAS. And what are the chances of getting pr if he is the primary applicant. If you dont mind could you please email me at aashnagarg777@gmail.com

Education in Ayurvedic, Unani, Siddhi and Yogic scienced do not have a Canadian equivalency and are not recognised for skilled programes of the IRCC.

Read 'skilled' programmes. Skilled programmes refer to the the degrees which are considered as professional degrees. Yogics, Siddhi, Ayurvedi and Unani professionals are not considered professionals for IRCC professional degree points.
see NOC 3232 ,u will get your answer..
