Why don't you apply for GCMS notes? You will get a clear picture from it.
Anyway, I still believe your PPR will come soon
My GCMS Shows no update after APR24, 17 days remaining to complete six months, Eligibility and Security yet to start. So I wonder the same

I’m no expert so I just read about your concern with your Proofs of Education.
This is what the IRCC page says:
Document requirements
HOWEVER were you able to confirm if your CRS score changed? Your last notes still have you at 465 points.
- To receive program-specific points for education, the applicant must either
- provide proof of having completed a Canadian secondary or post-secondary educational program; or
- obtain an Educational Credential Assessment (ECA) and provide the ECA reference number in their application, along with proof of the foreign educational credentials for which points are being claimed.
In the later note dated April 24 it indicates CRS 435. I am surprised that they haven't informed me of anything until now. If I had to reapply, I would have asap. I have sent through the document yesterday. I am not sure that they would accept it at this stage of the process though.

Maybe you can call them too or send an email. There are so many channels available. Seems like those applicants who do (email/call) do get some results or info on their applications.

My case details:
Application Received - Feb 2
Medical Passed - March 15
Biometrics Completed - April 1
As I am over 6 months wait period as of today.
Can someone suggests next steps I should be taking on to make sure my application is not missing any documents?
I don't know. I didn't call CIC customer service yet but I ordered GCMS notes on 4th July. Still waiting for it .
Do they process all express entry PR application within Canada?
My application recently crossed the 6 months time frame. I emailed them asking for the visa office two days back but no answer yet. Waiting for their reply seems like too long of a wait at this time. I was thinking about using http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/contacts/web-form.asp# form but not sure what to select in "Is your application being processed by an office OUTSIDE Canada?"
I live in US if that helps.
1. No. All applications are not processed completely in Canada. May be the initial steps are and later sent to respective VO.
2. Why don't you call them on +1 613 944 4000 using Google hangouts(wait time can be long, this is free) and ask them about your VO and other questions.
3. My application is being processed in Ottawa.
4. As per my knowledge( not that I am an expert), since you are in the US your application will be given first preference.

No update since then, have send CSE through webform , mailed Ralph and called IRCC twice.
Have ordered GCMS, waiting for them.
